At Tamsa, Your shopping experience matters. If you’d like to exchange an item, simply follow the steps below:

Please note: Only one exchange request is allowed per order. Once an order has been exchanged, it will not be eligible for a second exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange:

• The exchange request must be raised within 3 days of delivery

• The product must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged

• All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact

• Products that show signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage will not be accepted

Once your exchange request is confirmed, our delivery partner will arrange a pickup from your address within 1–2 days. After the product is picked up and received by our team, our representative will share a voucher code equivalent to your order value, which can be used on our website to place a new order for your preferred product.
